Who looks after your data
Rohs (Rohs Photography), Florence, Italy.
Contact: info@rohsphotography.com
What is collected
Only what you write in the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, date, session, number of people, your message and whether you agree to your photos being published.
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking. Fonts and exchange rates are served by this site, so your browser does not contact other companies.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your request and arrange your session: steps you ask for before a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address, as for any website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives it
The form reaches Rohs by email through Cloudflare, which hosts the site and forwards the email, to a mailbox hosted by Apple (iCloud). These companies may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Your details are never sold or used for marketing.
Publishing your photos
Only if you tick the box in the form, Rohs Photography may publish some photos from your session to promote its work, for example on its website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google page and Viator, and you get an extra 5% off. It is your choice (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and you can change your mind at any time by writing to info@rohsphotography.com: the photos will be taken down.
How long it is kept
Your messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and organise the session, then deleted within 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy, by writing to info@rohsphotography.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Your name, email and phone number are needed to reply and to reach you during your trip: without them the request cannot be answered.
